The Deposit and Refund (SDR) system has arrived at Centro Colombo.
The SDR — Deposit and Refund System is the new circular system that allows you to return your empty packaging and get back the deposit you paid at the time of purchase.
Shown with an arrow on the “O”, it represents the circularity of plastic bottles and cans (up to 3L), guaranteeing a refund of approximately 10 cents per returned package.
What can be returned?
Plastic bottles and aluminum/steel beverage cans with a capacity of up to 3 liters, with the “Return” symbol on the label — this logo indicates that the packaging is eligible for deposit and refund.
How does the service work?
Buy your beverage and pay the deposit amount included in the price (approximately 10 cents per package).
Keep the empty and intact packaging after consumption.
Go to the collection point, located on Floor -1, red area, and deposit the packaging in the automatic machine or the available manual collection point.
You will receive a refund of the deposit paid, per returned package.
