IKEA Locker

At Centro Colombo, you can now find the IKEA Locker service, a practical and convenient solution for collecting orders placed online at IKEA.

With this service, you can pick up your order independently and quickly, without having to go to an IKEA store.
The service is available on Floor -1, Orange Zone, with hours of use between 8 am and midnight.

How can I pick up my order at Centro Colombo?

When purchasing from a store, planning and ordering studio, app, or website, you must select pickup at the IKEA locker in Centro Colombo as the delivery method and choose your desired date.

The service costs €9, and is free for IKEA Family members on purchases over €150.

How long will the order be available? What happens if I don't pick it up on time?

The order will be available in the locker for approximately 1 day. The pick-up window is indicated at checkout and is between 2 PM and 11:59 PM.

If the order is not picked up within this period, it will be canceled and the refund processed the day after the agreed pick-up window.

Is it possible to return items from the lockers or is pickup only available?

Currently, the lockers only allow for order pickup; the return option is not available.
