Bertrand Bookstore is the largest and oldest bookstore chain in Portugal. Founded in 1732 by Pedro Faure, the first Bertrand Bookstore opened its doors in Chiado and gave rise to a network of more than 50 bookstores across the country. Our history has taught us closeness with the reader, loyalty.
